This is a nifty tool and easy to do. Simply go to your profile section, select Tools and then select Wake Up To Positivity.
Choose ‘Add New Alarm’
Give your alarm a name (eg: Afternoon nap)
Set the time you would like to wake up
Select a track you would like to wake up to (either a specific session or the Daily Podcast).
Then choose what days you would like this alarm to repeat (if any), press Save and then make sure you turn the alarm toggle on on the next page.
On the Wake Up To Positivity page manage your alarms by turning them on and off with the toggle or deleting and editing them by swiping left on individual alarms. Always remember to Save any changes you have made.
